- Yes, and it's the whole thing — not a preview. Real CV, real advert, full pack at the end. No card, no account.
- What if a run fails?
- The credit goes straight back to your balance automatically. You don't pay for our outage.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Buy 15, use three this month and twelve next year if that's how your search goes.
- Can I get a refund?
- If you haven't used any credit from a pack, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full, no questions.
- Do you keep my CV?
- No. It's processed to produce the rewrite and not stored on our servers afterwards. Editing and exporting happen in your browser.
- I bought on my laptop and I'm now on my phone.
- Credits live against the email you paid with. Sign in on the new device with that email and they'll be there.
- Is there anything for recommending it?
- Yes. Once you've bought a pack you get a share link. Anyone using it gets 2 bonus credits on their first pack, and you get 3 credits when they buy one.
